"Pros: Great location,had everything you need,good value,and great food close by !!!!!! Cons: We arrived at midnight in Funchal; therefore got to self check in by following video. Arrived at building around 01:30 am tried parking of video and it was full,tried paying for parking in street but no luck app doesn’t accept foreign cc(it wasn’t last experience w parking I. Funchal-watch out for payment options in parking garage-you must pay before getting your car!) Without change it was very tough, I found a 24hour convenient vending machine where I could buy an espresso for .50 cents and return 4.5( parked up the street w 2euros until 11:30👍Next morning, they told me I could have parked behind building (if I would have known, I could have been in bed at2 instead of 3:45!!!!!) The bed could have been more comfortable and the hills to apartment are tough when you walk!!!!!-Everything else was great!!!!!😊" ~Bruno
