"Pros: It's a really big, well equiped apartment with terrific view of Funchal and the ocean. We liked the location, not so far away from the city center. Very easy communication with the manager. Cons: I was charged additional 120 eur for cleaning but that was fixed quickly after I texted the manager. I had to pick up the keys from the office in Funchal (they were supposed to be inside the mail box) and we got that message when we arrived at the airport. "Pros: Very clean, kitchen fully equipped, clean and big pool, nice view. We've got and upgrade to the main house for free. We have a Fiat 500 and it was easy to park it inside. The street is steep and narrow, but this is something very common for Madeira. The staff was very kind, they let us use their washing machine to wash our clothes. Really recommend! Cons: There was no wifi, no hot water in the kitchen, but it wasn't such a big problem." ~Razvan
