"Pros: Location was wonderful, in the ancient part of the city. The apartment itself was beautiful, mostly well-organised, and the soundproofing was acceptable, and the views out of the windows were marvellous if you like old buildings, which I do. Cons: The bed was too hard for an old lady! And there was no sign of any extra bedding - luckily I had brought a throw.There were no instructions as to how to use the hob; and no understandable maps of Guimarães or hints as to how to get around. The worst thing was that Booking.com didn't include the whole address, so my taxi driver couldn't find the place, and the locals hadn't heard of it either. It was located by chance, after half the street had joined in to help find the apartment." ~Bear

"Pros: As soon as we walked in I knew we were going to have a wonderful stay. The two sets of French windows gave a lovely brightness to an already nice, clean and comfortable apartment. It was situated in a quiet side street but still very close to many bars and restaurants. I can't praise this apartment enough. Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect." ~Lindsay
