"Pros: A nice apartment in a very good location, close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies. It has a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. There are also parking options nearby, which was really helpful. I also liked that there were games and some art supplies for the kids to play with. Cons: There is no AC in the apartment. There were fans though, and it was ok for us. The furniture was a bit outdated - everything functional and a very nice artsy touch to the decoration of the apartment." ~Delia

"Pros: Good Location Cons: Very basic, the kitchen is tiny, the cooker is gas - you need matches or a lighter to light and none were left - the markings on the cooker have worn off, so its guesswork and the oven, lighting it with a match is difficult and dangerous. Only 2 x glasses and they were 1 x medium and 1 x small. The toaster was broken. The bathroom has moldy flaking paint on the ceiling. It wasn't cheap, but it wasn't expensive v other properties, so I guess you get what you pay for." ~Paul

"Pros: Central Location, easy to park nearby. Internal layout made very good use of a relatively small space, it certainly felt a lot bigger than its sqft. If you can ignore some of the peripheral (which I can) the view of the sea is great. Also, that's one seriously comfy mattress! Cons: The entrance to the property is not the nicest, although I have stayed in a number of properties in this building complex and it certainly beats having to go further in to the bowels of the building." ~Paul
