"Pros: Location is great if you like a quiet place. For example, in the morning we could see the dolphin pod swimming in the ocean, right from the veranda. The house is very spacious, we only used one of the 3 rooms. Cons: The bathroom was problematic, the bathroom bowl had a leak and it stank. If you want to explore the south side of the island, this is a great location, however if you book dinner in Madalena and have to drive back - get ready for a long drive. There are restaurants locally though, within a 15-20 mins radius." ~Mr_c_wadd

"Pros: This house is very complete, everything is wel thought of. Also very nice it is an authentic house. Located near Lajes do Pico. The interior looks new. Communication with owners was perfect. Nice view on the ocean. Cons: Navigation on google/booking was not really the same, and while arriving in the dark...and then it is real dark, it was difficult finding.
