Situated at just 150 metres from Matosinhos Market, O Sardinhas is a charming family-run guest house. The property features a colourful décor, made up of antique pieces which were renovated by one of the owners. There is a total of 4 bedrooms at the guest house, all with private bathrooms. Please pay attention when booking, because there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms inside the room and other two with private exterior bathroom. The rooms all have names allusive to traditional sardine dishes. The Sardinhas has a small communal living area, with magazines, books, a TV and complimentary tea. Downstairs, on the corner of the street there is a café. A variety of popular restaurants is available within a short walk. Matosinhos is especially renowned for its quality fresh fish and seafood specialties. The property is a 10-minute walk from Matosinhos Beach. Brito Capelo Metro Station is a 5-minute walk and connects with the historic Porto centre. The nearest airport is Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport, 6 km from the accommodation.
