"Pros: Everything! All staff members - reception, housekeeping, restaurant and chauffeur were so lovely. Even after my reservation was over, reception staff offered me a few extra hours in my room until I left the resort as I was waiting for friends coming from faro airport to land, pick up our car and pick me up. They also offered me access to the pool, all free of charge as it was a hot day and wanted to make me as comfortable as possible! My friend organised a early birthday surprise with reception staff in our apartment which was absolutely beautiful. The staff members at the restaurant hold a special place in my heart. Me and my friend were definitely some of the younger residents at the resort and they never failed to put a smile on our faces. Genuinely cannot wait to come back to this resort and hopefully see these individuals again. All in all Pestana Gramacho Residences was the perfect spot to kick off my 20th birthday trip in Portugal.
