"Pros: This is a beautifully updated Portuguese Farmhouse. The wood work and rustic decor inside the house took our breath away. For an older property, it’s very clean and comfortable. There were also many shared spaces inside and outside the property - The living room, game room, dining room, etc. We also liked that there were several fireplaces throughout the property to keep it warm, along with a heater in the room for our usage. We stayed at one end of the house, which had a door that separated our room and restroom as a separate wing which was great and gave us all the privacy we needed. The housekeeper was very sweet. Wi-Fi works. At night, we were able to look up and stargaze as well. This was also where my partner asked me to marry him so will forever remain a very special memory to us. We hope to visit again in the future. Cons: There was nothing that we strongly disliked. The only thing that I thought from a design/aesthetic perspective is that the the colors in the restrooms could tone down a bit. Just didn’t think it quite matched the rest of the house but this is a very minor thing. Restrooms were all functional and clean." ~Vkkhyn
