"Pros: Location, size, convenience. We liked the fact that the house had enough rooms to accommodate a large group. We did meet the owner and he was polite, pleasant and adhered to our needs( towels, bedding, hot water),he also help us with some recommendations to some local places to visit. Cons: In general, we thought the house needed updates, especially the kitchen and bathroom. The house had a very distinctive moldy smell, perhaps needed to be vented before our arrival. We did purchase a few scented candles to remediate the issue. Maybe, it was a combination of the humidity due to the weather conditions and the house being vacant. The outside was nice, spacious, quite pretty but it needs a little care and attention. Our visit was in November, maybe in the summer the house will not have this issue." ~Liliana
