For reservations of more than 4 rooms, the hotel will ask for full payment of the reservation on the day of the booking. The reservation will have non refudandable conditions in case of cancellation or modification. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation. For reservations of more than 5 rooms, the hotel will ask for full payment of all rooms on the day of booking. Free cancellation is available if done up to 15 days prior the arrival. Cancellation after the 15 days will be charged the amount of the first night. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount. Please note that the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card within 72 hours prior to arrival, for the amount of 100% of the first night. Please note that Moov Hotels now uses an electronic invoice service, as an ecological solution to avoid paper wastage. Please note that the full amount of the stay must be paid at check-in. All guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in. Minors travelling without their parents must present a valid statement as required by law. In cases of credit card payments, without the cardholder present, the hotel should receive an e-mail with the credit card details authorizing the charge to be made in the card supplied and the amount that should be charged.
