Cons: There is an AC in the livingroom which can be used for heating and cooling. When we were there it was quite cold outside and it was hard to get the other rooms up to temperature. We ended up sleeping in the livingroom"

"Pros: This is the second time we stay here during our surf trips. One of the best apartments in the area in terms of value for money. Great location - close to surf schools and shop. Apartment is clean, spacious and very well equipped comparing to what you usually may get in Peniche/Baleal for this price. Building area is well-mainteined, including pool.
Ricardo is amazing host, very welcoming, always available to solve any problem you might encounter.
It might be a bit chill during spring time due to apartment facing north - make sure to take some warm clothes with you - but there was dehumidifier and 2 heaters to help us with this, so everything is thought through :)
The building itself has not great soundproofing, so earplugs might come handy."
