"Pros: I thought the location was excellent, and the pool facility and balcony were really handy. Parking was really useful unground and the exchange of the keys was very easy. Overall we had a lovely stay and I would recommend it. Cons: We experienced a couple of issues which did dampen our experience, but overall I was glad we stayed there. Firstly, we noticed another car was parking in our parking spot. I immediately messaged and called the management company, and only after a few days and a note we put on the car was it resolved. I do feel the property could have dealt with it quicker. Secondly, towards the end of our 2 week stay we did notice quite a few cockroaches in the bathroom!! So if you’re easily scared beware! We left the door to the balcony closed 99% of the time so they weren’t coming from there. This was a bit of a shock and maybe could be looked at!" ~Katya

"Pros: Apartment fully equipped, perfectly clean and tidy, big rooms with extra bathroom, beautiful view from balcony, direct access to garage in the basement from the apartment by lift. Nothing to add more, I will fully recommend for future guests and friends! Contact with owner quick and perfect! I hope that I will able to back to Madeira and chose this place once again!
