"Pros: Overall situation/location. Cons: Not enough coat hangers. Freezer door not shutting properly. Broken toilet brush. Dining table too small for 4 people. No pool towels. We were not informed about access to the pool on arrival. Nothing about the pool in the written information and we were not provided with pool access card until we asked. No safe in the apartment despite what was advised in the written information (‘safe in the wardrobe’)." ~Michael
