"Pros: The apartment was beautifully decorated and had all the facilities we needed to our stay. Cons: Perhaps the check-in webpage could be a bit more intuitive. We had several issues with submitting the documents. We sorted it out, but I imagine that other people might face similar issues and it makes difficult, especially for elderly people." ~Marco
