"Pros: Communication with the owner - prompt responses, good location next to bus stop, free parking on the street nearby the flat. Cons: When we arrived to our 3rd floor accomodation, you could smell the old cigarette smoke. This indicated that this was not smoke free property, in spite of being advertised as such. Furthermore, kitchen and bathroom were dirty: surface areas, utensils, inside of the cupboards, full rubbish bins, dirty wash hand basin and WC. There was a used siringe hidden in the bathroom. However, the owner responded propmptly promised to clean the following day, and he did. The guest in the other room was smoking a lot inside the property. When we explained that our kids had alergy, she apologised and stopped. However, she resumed chain smoking around 2am, and the smoke woke us up. This was highly dissapointing and annoying. To sum up: we did not feel as comfortable as expected, and the price to quality ratio seemed inadequate (e.g. stained curtains in our bedroom, common areas not cleaned for new guests). Consequently, we would not recommend this property for stay with young children and non-smokers and will look to stay elsewhere next time." ~Maria

"Pros: Nice furnished apartment, I felt very comfortable. Very good connection to the center by public transport. Cons: A steam extractor in the kitchen would be good. But i would book the apartment again, you can open the window for a moment, no big deal." ~Marco
