"Pros: Very nice and comfortable apartment in a new building, on a quiet street almost in the very center of Poznan with a gorgeous view from the balcony to Tumski Island. Very good and fast communication with the owner. A huge plus is the convenient underground parking. The apartment is clean, there is absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a coffee machine. The old town is no more than 5-7 minutes walk away, Tumski Island is also a 10-minute walk away. There is a small supermarket next to the house, which is open from 6 am. Many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this apartment, especially if you are traveling by car." ~Alexey

"Pros: It was a good place, walking distance from almost everything and nice walking spaces around. Cons: The could put more attention to the details like cleaning the terrace or just sorting the spider webs. The place is in the center but a more remote part of it, and You should use courtains as the neighbours from the other side can see inside, different courtains could help." ~Varga
