"Pros: I booked the apartment for my parents and they were very happy to stay. It’s well organized, kitchen stuff and all essential items are available. The apartment is new and an interior design is very nice. Cons: There were some problems with cleaning at the beginning. The made forgot to do bed, and towels were covered with her hair. It was fixed very quickly when we texted facilities. Also there were no internet because it wasn’t paid yet. It took a whole day to find a reason and call center is a nightmare, hard to reach anyone." ~Tetiana
