"Pros: We arrived in the evening and were happy about the smooth check-in process where we retrieved the key from a lockbox. There is 24h security and reception should you need some help though. The room was really spacious for 2 people, with everything you could need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, there was a smart TV, multiple hangers and a full-sized clothes rail. Not that noise bothers me but even though Plac Wolnosci is a square located in the central part of the city, it was very quiet. Location-wise, if you are after the Christmas Market, it is literally at your doorstep and you just have to cross the road. In relation to the Old Town Square, it is about a 5-minute walk and not far from a large variety of restaurants and bars. There are bakeries in the area and corner shops (Zabka) about a 1-minute walk away. It is also approximately a 20-30min walk away from the bus and train stations which is convenient. Unfortunately, we weren't able to take advantage of the balcony since we visited during the winter, but if I ever find myself back in Poznan during the warmer months, I would 100% book a room here again! Cons: I found that the crockery and some utensils in the kitchenette were a bit dirty, and they didn't seem like they had been cleaned well previously. Of course, if you don't intend to use the kitchenette, then this won't be a problem. This is just nitpicking but it would have been useful to have hooks for towels closer to the shower, as the radiator which we used to hang towels was on the other side of the bathroom. It would also be useful to have a shelf in the shower to put toiletries on, otherwise they'd all just be on the floor. Each person got a towel but it would also be useful if there was a hand towel provided in the bathroom too." ~Pamela
