"Zalety: Lokalizacja ok, blisko sklep. Wady: Nawigacja prowadzi od tyłu budynku więc trzeba okrążyć cały blok aby odnaleźć klatkę. Mieszkanie wymaga już jakiegoś odświeżenia pod kątem malowania.. kanapa też wymagałaby prania. Jak wspomniano w komentarzach problem z wodą.. długo leci zimna.. a w umywalce w łazience tylko zimna. Największym minusem jednak było przygotowanie mieszkania tylko dla dwóch osób gdzie opłacono za cztery osoby.. nie mieliśmy ręczników i pościeli dla wszystkich 🤦‍♀️" ~Marlena
