"Pros: Beautiful unit. Downside was not realizing the floor we were on, and no elevator. I was traveling with my 82 year old mom, so double duty for me hauling all our luggage up 5 flights of stairs. Could use some information in the room about how to use the coffee maker, leaving procedures/policy and what was located nearby." ~Amy
