"Pros: Breakfast was wonderful, good selection on menu, large portions, and good quality items and presentation. Hotel interiors were beautiful. Room was clean, comfortable bed, modern decor and spacious bathroom. Staff were mostly friendly and welcoming. Wonderful outdoor area for a morning coffee in the sun . Highly recommended

"Pros: Breakfast was great, the room was cozy and the location ist nice
Cons: When we arrived, there was nobody there and after we called, the woman answering said she hasn‘t received our booking. After some discussions, she found our booking after all. However, my room was obviously not ready - the bed wasn‘t made properly, there were no towels and worst of all, the toilet was dirty. I received another room, but no sorry for all the inconvenience. The woman seemed to be rather ennerved. It is a pity because the place itself is really nice."

"Pros: Everything was great! The vicinity of Pałac Pakosław is beautiful and peaceful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Additionally, we enjoyed a nice breakfast, but on the other hand, we would prefer a buffet. The service was friendly and hospitable. We would definitely recommend this place for a stay."
