"Pros: The house was clean and it had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped. The rooms were small, but comfortable. The AC really helped since it was extremely hot. The wifi works very well. My kid loved the friendly dog 🐶 Cons: No mosquito nets, so we had at least 10 bites each after the first night... "Pros: The person in charge for the logistics of getting into the apartment made this a terrible experience. This was in fact the first unpleasant experience I had ever on Booking and I have been using Booking actively for years. They asked first to move up my check in as they need more time to organize clean-up of the apartment as they let previous guests stay pass the check out time. I agreed and when I showed up at another agreed time they did not pick up when I tried to contact them. After two hours they tried calling me and texted me -If I managed to find my way into the apartment-, as they were too busy getting other guests settled in. Apparently all other guest deserved common courtesy except for me. As I had to write to Booking that the host was unresponsive, once this person found this out, they started threatening me over the phone so I had to block them eventually. Cons: Please find more civilized and organized hosts for your apartment" ~Jelena
