"Pros: It is the first floor, so it is only two stairs to go up. The apartment has a fridge and washing machine. Did not try the boiler, but there is one and it probably works.
Cons: It was very cold in the apartment, even when I turned on the heater. The bathroom and kitchen only have cold water in the tap, and sometimes it was not running at all. The street is pretty noisy. Every time someone from the floors above flushes the toilet, you can hear it very loudly like you are in the sewers itself. The bed was very stiff, could not sleep.
The owner offered to pick me up from the airport, but did not tell me, it would cost 15 euros. I have no problems people charging for it, but I think when you don't tell the price it is considered free. If I knew, maybe I would choose taxi or bus.
When I asked him about the registration at the address, the host said that I need to go to my embassy (which is obviously not true). He is obligated by law to register me in 24 hours, since I am a foreigner. So not only he breaks the law himself, but he also forces me to break it.
When I was walking from the bus station at night, I could smell the smog, so keep that in mind when you visiting during cold days."
