"Pros: We liked the location and the friendliness of the stuff. The living room is nicely decorated and has plenty of space. Hotel staff constantly cleans the hallways and stairs. There is usually parking available. Cons: We had to pay to the owner before arrival (the hotel reception cannot charge, as this is a private apartment), even though it was stated differently on the Booking. We were also not satisfied with the cleanliness in the apartment. The kitchen and bathroom have a noticeable humidity issue, and the kitchen is right next to the bedroom. When we arrived the hot water was yellow, so we had to let it run for 5-10 minutes to clean it up. The apartment is in the basement and there are no windows to ventilate the room, which we unfortunately didn't relize before. The curtains cover the windows that face a wall. Additionally, there's a door with a shutter in the kitchen leading to the staircase and the kitchen staff sit right in front of this door during their breaks which isn't very pleasant and sometimes is noisy. It ia also quite noisy when people walk up the stairs above. The apartment has plates and glasses but no pots. Also, the tea box was equipped with only 2 tea bags The pool and spa are charged separately but quite expensive. The restaurant as well." ~Danijel
