"Pros: Extremely helpful host, who answered our questions, helped late check in and early check out. Warm and cozy room, with things we need. Excellent location, close to the first stop of the ski bus, which means we could always get a seat. Nice view of the mountains. Great restaurant and small shops in the neighbourhood. "Pros: Nothing Cons: Absolutely terrible experience! We had a confirmed booking for one night at this property through Booking, but when we arrived, the host refused to check us in. They claimed they don’t accept stays shorter than four nights—something that was NEVER mentioned in the listing. Our booking was confirmed, and yet we were left stranded without accommodation. This is completely unacceptable, and it ruined our plans. Be aware that the host may not honor your reservation, even if it’s confirmed. I would not trust this property or the host at all." ~Николай
