"Pros: Altogether, I stayed two nights. The staff—Zane, Jehon, Berger, Ibrahim, Anita—were excellent and always amenable to helping; they were very pleasant. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. The bed was comfortable. I slept extremely well. The room and bathroom were large and well-appointed. I did not avail myself of the gym and the pool, but wow! It was all top-notch. Cons: Prishtina is not a very walkable city; it’s a sprawl. But there was a shuttle bus that stopped in front of the hotel. I don’t drive, so for me, it was taxis to and from the airport, to and from the main bus station, to and from Gracanica Monastery. Arrange your taxis through the hotel if you want to avoid getting ripped off." ~Brendan
