"Pros: The staff friendliness was excellent, the room was excellent, the restaurant food and service is excellent and the location is excellent. Overall, I find that the value for money, despite it definitely having some flaws, Borneo usually is able to deliver a good experience. Not always, but usually.
Cons: Like in other rooms, there is always a drain pipe smell coming from the shower if the bathroom fan is turned on. This seems to be an overall problem in most of the rooms of the hotel. Despite the stay being for 6 nights, sheets weren't changed once. The room was cleaned, but sheets weren't changed."
