"Pros: The biggest asset of this property is its location. It's close to the city center - 500 meters away from it. Also the famous street market, which happens every week is 150 meters away. There are many food shops nearby - dairies, butchers, bakeries, restaurants. Lidl is 750 meters away.
Another good thing I'd like to mention, is that there is a parking next to the building, where you can park your car for free. On the other hand, if you park on the street in front of the building there is green zone and you have to pay for that. Even though apartment is nearby a street, it's a quite place so we didn't hear much street noise. The apartment itself is spacious. It has been renovated relatively soon, so it's in a descent condition. There is everything you need inside(worthy to mention the very big flat screen TV!). Also, as we were there during the winter, it was very warm inside.
Cons: Even though the apartment was renovated relatively soon, it wasn't so well maintained. It could have been cleaner. Also doors inside seems to be old and they make noises every time you open/close them, also difficult to close. Another thing, which should be considered into negative perspective, is that the hot water comes from a very small boiler - may be 30-40 litters, so if 2 or more people want to take a shower one after another that's not possible. We were a group of 4 persons, so that was a disadvantage for sure! Also there is no hot water going to the kitchen, so during winter it's not very pleasant thing to wash your dishes there." ~Stanimir
