"Pros: Loved this entire place. I was away on my own for 5 nights but the staff and also the guests made me feel really welcome. The room (superior studio) was so spacious and the terrace was amazing - much bigger than the pictures made it seem! And also very private with lots of beautiful plants which are well looked after. The pool area was great, lots of space to swim and relax even on sunday when it was busier. The staff were so helpful as well, I wanted to go to North Macedonia for a day and they rang the bus company to check times etc... when they didn't have to do that for me, but I appreciate it so much. The only thing I would say is being shown to the room wasn't the best - the guy pointed down the corridor and said that's your room. I only found out on my last day that I had sun loungers folded in a cupboard :( I wish I would have been told that on my first day! Otherwise it was perfect and I would totally stay here again, and I will! Oh, and the food/drink here is great as well, and very well priced! Also, beforehand, I had an issue with flights (Due to UK issues) and they were very responsive and accomodating, and coming home I had two flights booked on different days so they kept a room for me 'just in case', no questions asked. This really helped me deal with my stress with all the flight cancellations and delays etc... :) Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect and I have never been so relaxed!
