"Pros: The staff service was fantastic, from the cleaner, receptionist, waiter to the manager. They helped us feel nicer in the hotel.
Cons: There are a few things that should be fixed, the steps leading into the pool should not be loose. The water in the jacuzzi is not at the temperature that is written on the board. The door in the sauna doesn't close well so all the heat escapes. The boards on which we sit in the sauna are not well attached."
