"Pros: The apartment is a super cosy, extremely well furnished place in a absolutely lovely area. As soon as we stepped trough the door we felt relaxed. It has a really nice living room area with a electric fireplace, it’s equipped with tons of heating devices so there’s no way you mignt feel cold, a nice kitchen with all the appliances one might need while staying there. The bathroom is spacious and so is the bedroom. The owner, Dragan, was extremely helpful and nice, was quick to respond anytime we had a question or a problem. I would highly recommend this cosy place! Cons: The only problem we had was that the apartment wasn’t clean enough. There were a lot of dust bunnies, hair and junk left. We communicated this with Dragan and he was extremely apologetic and was quick in finding a maid that same day to right that wrong!" ~Marija

"Pros: Good location, comfortable beds, fragrant fabric softener for the bedsheets, a lot of towels, Netflix access provided, speed of response from agency Cons: - the rooms reeked of cigarettes despite the fact that it is declared as a non-smoking apartment. Extremely disappointed as we are non-smokers + travelling with child under 2 years of age. - lift was not working, had to take two 30kg suitcases and a toddler up the stairs to the 3rd floor and back by foot. Very disappointing. No immediate action was taken in attempt to fix the lift. - housekeeper Jelena was not welcoming enough and did not observe basic rules of communication (see screenshot), did not greet me in response to my SMS and used capitals when texted back (shouting?), never informed us where to leave the keys upon departure (it was not in the leaflet with house rules either), was not sure of check out time when asked about it upon arrival. - agent (rather politely but) insinuated in her SMS that we should have checked out by 10.00 when on the app when I double checked it clearly stated checkout until 12.00 (see screenshot). - agent made a personal comment about my tone via SMS which is judgemental and unbecoming of the host in relation to any type of communication with guest especially when unaware of guest's origin (Serbian is not my native language) and considering that fact that my complaints were well grounded. - sadly, the floors were dusty and the plates and pots were not washed properly. - spa was overbooked, so we didn't get a chance to use the amenities to the fullest. Suggestions to host: - mention on the property page that officially it is allowed for 14 people to be in the spa at the same time. It would help manage guests' expectations (I would not have booked the property if I knew this when booking) - change housekeeper - provide at least 2 bathrobes for guests who wish to use the spa Based on the above, I am sorry to say, but our stay was not worth the money we paid for it (including the city tax which I presume should not apply to young children. Our child is 1 year at 10 months old which I clearly stated while booking)." ~Yulia
