"Pros: Extremely clean and meticulously maintained apartment, recently renovated with brand new fixtures and furniture. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was spacious and fully equipped. The living area was generous, and there was ample storage throughout the apartment. The washing machine was a valuable addition for longer stays. The host was very friendly and approachable, promptly addressing any queries as needed. The location was quiet, just a few minutes' walk from the city center. The Arena Mall and grocery shops were conveniently close. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay that I would love to return to in the future. Cons: Not necessarily a negative for me as I actually enjoyed the extra exercise, but it may be important to note that the flat is located on the 4th floor, and the building does not have a lift." ~Andy
