"Pros: Nice rooms, new, clean, good heating, the ladies at the front desk very nice and helpfull, the spa is small but cozy and very clean, also based on prior reservations so not crowded. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good quality even not too many variaties. Overall best stay we could find on Herculane. Location in center but quiet area.Parking in front of the hotel. Cons: That bathroom is too small for a 4 stars hotel.It was ok for us for 2 nights but for a longer stay it would have not been confortable enough. There is no place for hand twoels for example. No water heater or kettle in rooms and that was also unexpected for a 4 stars hotel. The staff at the restaurant were always looking as they were forced to work. It gave a not welcome feeling compared with the ladies at front desk or ladies from cleaning who were warm and smiling. The jacuzzi does not have strong jets for massage is more for a relaxing bath rather than a terapeutic aqua spa massage." ~Taian
