"Pros: Very nice, rustic buildings and interior. Our room was comfortable and cozy. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from one of the staff, on our arrival day, to ask us our ETA and to let us know what was the latest we could order food from the restaurant. Resort Ambient is close to both Brasov and Poiana Brasov, and other attractions such as Rasnov and Bran. It is also close to the new Brasov Airport. The food was very tasty. Cons: One morning at around 10 o'clock, the receptionist was sleeping with her head on the reception desk, when I walked in to ask something (not very professional). Later that evening, returning by car, I walked in the reception to ask the receptionist to open the gate so we could drive into the inner yard. She (the same from the morning) wasn't there. After waiting about 10 minutes (no bell or other means to call somebody), I went to the restaurant, to see if they could open the gate. The receptionist was there, casually sipping a drink. I asked if she could open the gate, which she did, but didn't seem to acknowledge that I had to wait for her and come get her from the restaurant." ~Petru
