easy access and parking
pay attention when you book, there are rooms with private bathroom, but some don't have private bathrooms.
we booked with private bathroom and we got it with private bathroom, but I hear some not.
Cons: well, the villa is just in between the Constanta- Mangalia main road (4 lanes ) and the railroad.
first 2 - 3 nights were challenging. so if you like more quiet places in the night, then this is not for you.
luckily I use to sleep with my noise cancelling headphones. the windows are not quite insulating 100%.
I would say that this is the major drawback , taking 2-3 points down.
a chair in the room would be helpful
there is only 1 power socket in the room
