"Pros: Very responsive and friendly host, the apartment is spacious and bright and was impeccably clean. It looks brand new. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped, but there are also lots of shopping and eating options nearby. Easy access to the motorway and easy to get into Cluj (but mind the traffic at rush hour!). The spacious underground parking space was a great bonus. Cons: No washing machine, no curtain on smaller window in main bedroom, only 5 hangers. Like in so many modern buildings, the walls are thin and the neighbours' kids can be noisy at times. The door to the balcony doesn't seal and lets air and noise in, but thankfully it's a quiet area." ~Mark

"Pros: Nothing! Cons: From check in until check out the experience was very bad! Even was advanced payment check in procedure is very complicated and confusing. Was provided wrong contact number. All discussions went only through messages and very hard to communicate! Was needed 1 hour to validate check in Was provided wrong instructions for dor opening Was provided parking lot but was not available in reality Was provided wrong WiFi password They refused to provide the invoice for my payment" ~Catalin

"Pros: The apartment has 2 rooms and an extra couch. We travelled for UNTOLD so we didn't have much options to pick from. We were happy they accepted our group. The apartment is easy to find, the lock box is an advantage as you can arrive at any hours. The host was helpful whenever needed. The facilities of the apartment are OK. Cons: There were small pillows, the mattress had some bumps. There was a broken shelf on the hallway." ~Florina
