"Pros: Super modern and clean. Great lighting, AC, and TV with Netflix. Best feature was very friendly and helpful host who we could always contact with very little lag time. He actually researched the answers to some of our questions. Daniel habla perfectamente el español. By the way this is really a small one bedroom rather than a studio. Cons: The city block is far from pretty and the building is one of those communist concrete blocks in need of repair." ~Patrick

"Pros: This is my third stay at Hotel Sud. I appreciate having the restaurant on site and most of the staff are very friendly. Oscan in the restaurant was very kind and an excellent host. The food is always delicious and served quickly. It’s nice to have the convenience store across the street. Cons: The cleaning solution used on the floor throughout the hotel is very strong. I’m not sensitive to smells. I opened my window and asked not to have my room cleaned so my door could stay shut. They were sure to clean the floor every day so it was a continuous issue. I’d rather have this than dirty, however! Just be aware if strong odors are challenging for you." ~Valerie
