"Pros: Great value for money; spacious living room and bedroom. Good communication with the hosts - although it could have been a bit better. Comfy bed in the bedroom and large, clean sofa in the living room. Large, sunny balcony - and great light blocking curtains in the bedroom. Great TV sets in both bedroom and living-room and good WI-Fi. Loads of storage space everywhere. Air-conditioning is a plus, although we did not need to use it. Clear instruction for access. Really safe and securitised entrance in the block of flats. Cons: Not as clean as we hoped it would be; in the hallway, behind a cupboard we found a wet, dirty mop that was probably used to clean everything (including the toilet seat) - and no bucket for it, so we couldn't really use it. The shower head was broken - and despite informing the hosts about this, nobody came to repair it during the 7 days of our stay, so we basically showered with a hose. Found hairs everywhere (including on the bed); rather dirty carpet in the living room. We bought detergent and washed the towels as they didn't look clean either. The toaster was dusty and full of crumbs. A bit of noise from neighbours kept us late at night - but, overall, a decent stay. We just expected a bit more." ~Livia
