"Pros: Great location and very friendly staff. Two cute dogs which kids enjoyed playing with. The room was big, cozy and warm. SPA was pleasant too, water in the pool was really warm. Robes are available at the property. Cons: Some of the things in the room, e.g. the doors, are little bit old and don't function properly. Our bathroom door did not close. "Pros: Best place I have ever stayed. Super clean apartment with view over the mountains. Enjoyed the spa, with organized activities. We had a great time to relax and enjoy. Very good breakfast. They helped me buy amazing flowers for my wife, and placed in the room before I arrived. Forgotten a shirt, and they contacted me and sent it to my home. Thank You for both! Will come back for sure, maybe once a year." ~Ioan
