"Pros: The apartment has 2 bedrooms for 4 people. It has all the necessities for the living. It has its own gas boiler. Next to the building places a big playground for kids. In May I hadn't problems with the free parking place. D3 in the address means stairs number it is on the corner near the playground. The price is Very good for the Sovata district.
Cons: The apartment is placed on the last floor (5-floor building) and there is no lift. Be aware if it is critical for you.
