"Pros: I have been to this hotel more than 5 times now. While they increase pricing they decrease their services. Cons: I dont know why, if I book a room for two people, you only leave a towel. The iron was removed from the room, I tried to reach reception several times to get an iron as our driver was waiting outside, i had to go downstairs to ask for one, i inform them is urgent and to hurry as we needed to leave, on check out time at 12;00 they bring me the iron when I am at the door to leave with my clothes a mess. We paid 475 sar this time for the hotel from the normal 260 we always pay, double the amount, less service. So no next time we wont stay here anymore, and we will just go to intercontinental or somewhere else. Also for the love of god this is saudi arabia, its a hot country you are the only hotel we have seen in this country who leaves 1 small bottle of water in the room. We dont need to call you for water, and you dont save money on water. Leave at least 2-4 bottles as it doesnt cost you anything. If you plan to charge your customers double make sure you offer the quality and service for the price. So no this time i wouldnt recommend it, and I wont be coming here again. Thank you." ~Mossa
