"Pros: The host is nice guy, who provided better room for the same price and also agreed on extra stay till the evening bus for small payment.
We were in October, but it might be too hot on the top-floor when +40 outside. However property has a comfortable space under kiwi-tree around the table.
Cons: 1.5 kilometers to go to beach, but this is the price for cheap accommodation. There was no food shop next to apartment.
Also it was not good smell from sewer in a bathroom."

"Pros: Almost everything was pretty much perfect for this season/location/price range, the location is good — close to the bus station, and not too far from everything else in the city — a good, quiet corner. The hosts are quite nice, the apartment was clean and well-stocked. The kitchen/fridge were quite small, but functional - in other words, everything's just like the pictures.
You need to climb a few stairs (outdoor, stone) to get to the apartment, so watch out if you have lots of heavy baggage.
Cons: The bed was very basic, there's only the "default" mattress (built into the bed). We always try to choose apartments with (separate) orthopaedic mattresses, and it was difficult to tell from the picture if they had one or not; it looked like they did. For some people, it would be ok, but for us, it wasn't very comfortable.
Considering that, I would say it's a bit more expensive than I'd like. Although, Budva is always overpriced :)"
