The Old Town of Budva is at a distance of 3.5 km. All apartments and studios will provide you with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. There is a kitchenette with a refrigerator and an electric kettle. Featuring a shower or a bath, private bathrooms also come with a hairdryer and towels. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Mila & Aleksandr Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10 per day.
Pets are not allowed.
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 6 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People 3 years old and over stay for € 15 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
