"Pros: Very central location close to the main shopping and restaurant area. Breakfast is tasty. Cons: Smoking in the main restaurant of the hotel even during breakfast. Actually, all restaurants allow smoking inside at any time of the day. You cannot dine inside if you are not a smoking person. Room decor was different from the ones shown in the photos. The shower needed replacement as it was old and not in a good state of repair. Also, water flow could not be controlled. Bathroom tiles were chipped, and ceiling was mouldy. We had no natural ventilation in the room. With regards to the breakfast, not all drinks are included in the room rate." ~Rachel

"Pros: Beautiful apartment, super clean with everything you need. The interior is beautiful and the bed is super comfortable. The location is perfect, just minutes away from city center. It has its private parking and the apartment is located in a beautiful building. The building itself is quiet and we had a good sleep. Amazing for couples, and if you’re looking for a place to stay in Novi Sad that is close to the center. The host Miloš is super nice, and we had a good communication throughout our stay." ~Edina
