"Pros: We had the one bedroom apartment mountain view on the first floor in the annex building which is super well studied, has great fittings and furniture and offers comfortable space for spending a week of holidays in two. The kitchen is well equipped so that we had breakfast and cooked lunch and dinners on our own, but we could not resist pampering us two times with Chef Amida's delicious creole dishes which were so tasty to die for. Vicky and her team supported us whenever we had questions or were in the need to book a taxi or an excursion. The position is fantastic not only for the beach, but as well restaurants, snack places and grocery shopping are nearby.

"Pros: It was incredibly nice stay. I had friends stayed in neighboring Savoy but I was happy with my choice! For booking com customers the breakfast table at the beach is offered/reserved with cappuccino or cafe latte 😀 I choose renovated room. One free cocktail on the beach bar :) The hotel now has ongoing renovation, but during the day I was not so much in the room, quiet during the night - except the sea waves sounds which I like. It seems half of the rooms are already done with very nice LED lights, multi power sockets (in old ones you will need UK adapter), free Wi-Fi, balcony, personal air conditioning and the best part is a great hotel staff: especially Shinan which helped me to solve minor issues during my stay and offers great service and late checkout which was great as Emirates departure is late night! I also appreciated hard work of Prabath carying the pool and beach area, keep smile and provides calm atmosphere. And the cleaning team done a good job with thanks postcard last night. The beach is stunning with incredible sand and relaxing water temperature. And they have 3 giant turtles near reception! My friends from Savoy was jealous about my breakfast on the beach and turtles 😉"

"Pros: One of the best holidays we have . Even we decided to extend our stay with savoy without any regret . The main reason for our satisfaction is a guy called abdelfateh , who was extremely helpful and professional. I felt sorry for him in the day of power cut . As everyone is coming to ask to talk the manager and always the staff pointed to him that he is the manager . He was trying to make everyone happy and kept quiet which was really difficult to any human to be in the stress . We came to him very nervous and after talking to him we left satisfied and we really want thank him for his professionalism. Thanks savoy for having such kind of staff . We will recommend savoy to everyone in our country .
