"Pros: The cleanness was decent. Cons: The issues we went through may seem small, but it was very important. Starting off with our first day there, unfortunately the lights went out. But how would we know? We had little kids with us all tired from the airport and the lights wouldn't work, the ac more importantly wouldn't work, our phones wouldn't work without the Wi-Fi, and it was so hot outside and inside and didn't know what to do. It was later that night when we found out that there are some issues of the power going out. Also, about the Wi-Fi, it doesn't reach downstairs. The water in the bathroom sink downstairs had some drainage problems, and the toilet in the bathroom upstairs would get clogged. There was no shower enclosure that could prevent the water from spilling out and this led to mess everywhere on the bathroom floor. The remote for the TV was hard to work with, the volume of the remote wouldn't increase or decrease when we turned the TV on. So, kids never got to watch the TV. The same goes to the remotes for the AC. Some of the remotes for the AC wouldn't operate. We weren't able to reach out to Angie with the phone number you provided us with." ~Samir
