"Pros: Sparkling clean, comfortable rooms ,and the most accommodating staff. We arrived late, outside the check-in hours. The staff communicated through booking and a text message with clear instructions what to do upon arrival. Our keys with all the directions were left for my group in a designated place. The breakfast was tasty and served in the room with breathtaking views. We spent an hour every morning enjoying the experience. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I commented on the amazing tangerines served for snack and an employee texted me the address of the store where they were purchased so I could stock up before leaving the area :) Cons: My bed in room 12 seemed a bit too hard for my taste. A couple in my group was staying in the two story villa. While the place was beautifully designed and functional, the couple complained about very bad ventilation in the toilet on the upper level and horrible drainage in the shower. The shower had no door, so the water was spilling into the living room and stressing out the people who tried to take a shower. The name of the place has the word SPA in it. The only spa related thing is the sauna that can only be used between 9am -5pm. So no chance to use it after a day of hiking. Also, we would have loved an option to book a massage or a facial. Unfortunately, that was not offered at Beskid Rose and Spa." ~Basia
