"Pros: Very clean, comfortable, a large room, contactless key exchange, which allowed us to arrive late at night without a problem. Only a 5 minute walk from the Windschacht lake and a great base from which it's possible to explore the tajchy, the mining heritage, and Banská Štiavnica with surroundings. Great for cyclists. Kitchen equipped with a single-cooker stovetop, a microwave, a fridge, a water kettle, and the basic set of kitchenware and dishes. Cons: The walls between the rooms were extremely thin, so the neighbours' every word could be heard. For us that was honestly the only downside, but if I may nitpick in order to provide potentially important info for others: the parking is not right by the accommodation but down the street, some 50m away; the fridge is tiny and the small 'freezer' compartment within it is not really freezing; and there is no AC. But I understand more comfort comes with a higher price, so for the given pricing the accommodation is excellent." ~Zala
