"Pros: Location was brilliant as was the cafe at the bottom of the stairs, no lift but as this was a 1743 building we sort of didn't expect one but it's quite a hike to the apartment.
Cons: Numerous doors to unlock to get in and out, would have been nice to have a note explaining where the bottom door buzzer was, as didn't find it until the 3rd day when another tenant showed us. Also the shower head needs replacing, it has a leak."
