"Pros: The apartment was amazing, the view was great, and there was mosquito net on the windows. Silvia was there for us when we arrived, and she was quite specific about the property information. She also responded quickly via the booking.com application. The apartment was located approximately 35-40 minutes from Bratislava and 15 minutes from the famed Slovakia Ring. There was a thermal park near the flat. Cons: I didn't use dishes, but I did see a few of filthy dishes in a kitchen cabinet while I was looking out the place. That was the only bad thing I noticed. We stayed here for two nights, and the hospitality and kindness of our hosts exceeded all expectations. This is a small, family-run business driven by genuine passion and a commitment to exceptional service. The rooms are impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated with a modern touch. The bathroom was perfect, and the addition of a small kitchenette made our stay even more comfortable. What truly set this place apart was the warmth of the hosts. They were always available to offer helpful tips about local restaurants, taxi services, and other essentials, making our experience seamless. Their flexibility was also remarkable—we requested breakfast at 6:30 AM and were not only accommodated but treated to an exceptional meal. This wasn't just a simple sandwich and yogurt, but a full English breakfast, a Swedish buffet, and even dessert—better than what you’d find in some 4-star hotels!
